Our orthopedic physical therapy services are centered around treating any orthopedic injury for the motivated, active adult or adolescent. We offer 60-minute, one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs. During your appointment, we'll discuss your symptoms, treatment goals, and motivation for recovery. Based on your individual case, we provide manual therapy techniques and customized exercise programs. All sessions include dry needling, soft tissue work, joint mobilizations, or cupping, as needed.
Pelvic Health
Our pelvic health physical therapy services are centered around helping women throughout their pregnancy and post partum journey. These 60 minute, one-on-one sessions are tailored to your specific needs. During your appointment, we'll discuss your symptoms, treatment goals, and motivation for recovery. This may or may not include an internal exam. Based on your individual case, we provide manual therapy techniques and customized exercise programs. All sessions include dry needling, soft tissue work, joint mobilizations, or cupping, as needed.


Remote Consultations
This is a 45 minute virtual wellness based service. You will have access to consultations and coaching services, customized exercise plans, and ongoing support from the comfort of your own home. This is perfect for anyone located outside Tennessee. Don't let location or time be a barrier to receiving high quality care!
What Makes Reform Different?
Full 1:1 Sessions
You'll have 60-minute sessions dedicated entirely to you with the same therapist, every time. No double, triple or quadruple booked sessions and there will be no "handing off" to a PT tech or student.
Specialized Care
Your therapist is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. Only 9% of Physical therapists are residency trained! This ensures your treatment will be grounded in current research and best practices.
Customized Programs
Your sessions will not look like anyone else's. There will be no passive, cookie-cutter physical therapy treatment filled with hot packs and e-stim. Research supports a combination of manual therapy and exercise. We are committed to helping you reach your goals & sessions are tailor-made to fit your needs.
Ongoing Support
You will have text/email access to your PT at all times, allowing for questions or concerns between sessions.
Meet The Owner

Dr. Dana LaPeze, OCS, CSCS
Dr. Dana is a Board Certified Specialist in both Orthopedics and Strength and Conditioning. She also has training in women's health and certifications in dry needling. She enjoys treating any orthopedic injury for the active adult, as well as helping women during and after their pregnancy/delivery with women's health related symptoms.
Dana is originally from the Chicago suburbs, and played soccer at the Division 1 Level at Miami of Ohio University. She then attended Northwestern University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program where she met her husband. Shortly after graduating, she and her husband decided to move to middle Tennessee. She spent several years working in an outpatient orthopedic setting where she completed her Orthopedic Residency, and gained the skills and training to work with people of all ages, at all different activity levels.
It has always been a dream of Dana's to start a clinic of her own, where she could ensure each person's treatment was individualized, specialized, and intentional.
In her free time, Dana enjoys traveling, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends, family, husband, Cory, and dog, Lily.
