Reform Your Body,
Transform Your Life

"Dana was wonderful. Knowledgeable and pleasant. The results are life changing."

Judy, F.

INDIVIDUALIZED PHYSICAL THERAPY, EVERY TIME.

Dr. Dana started Reform with the desire to change the perception of physical therapy care in the healthcare field. After several years of working within the traditional physical therapy model, she found herself growing frustrated by the limitations these systems imposed on the quality of care she could provide. She envisioned a practice where physical therapists could truly listen to their patients, understand their unique challenges, and have the time and resources to design personalized, effective treatment plans.

At Reform Physical Therapy and Wellness, we are redefining the physical therapy experience. Visit limits, double and triple booked sessions, surprise bills in the mail, and other obstacles that often hinder progress in the traditional physical therapy model are no longer an issue. Instead, Reform offers a premium service that prioritizes one-on-one time between the physical therapist and the person. This approach allows time to understand every individual's needs, teach people about their body's mechanics, and develop strategies to not only alleviate current symptoms but also build strength and resilience to prevent future issues. This model is designed for those who are ready to invest in their long term health and well being.

At Reform, we're committed to helping people achieve results faster. We aim to empower people to take control of their health, understand their bodies better, and achieve their highest functional goals. This is more than physical therapy; it's a partnership in your journey to optimize health, wellness and performance.
