6-Week Movement Series

Build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident and prepared for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. 40 minutes of guided movement and strength work, followed by 20 minutes of education and Q&A on breathing, pelvic floor connection, birth positions, and early postpartum care.

Who it's for

Ideal for women in their 2nd or 3rd trimester. Also appropriate and beneficial in the first trimester as long as you've been cleared for exercise. Low to moderate intensity, accessible for all fitness levels even if you've never worked out before.

What you'll need

Comfortable, breathable clothing and a water bottle. After signing up you'll receive medical history and consent forms to complete before the first class. Every exercise can be modified for comfort, symptoms, pain levels, or individual needs.

Payment is required to hold your place, and spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive. By registering, you'll be automatically enrolled in all 6 scheduled dates.

Assess your baseline strength, mobility, and pelvic floor function

Adapt your exercise program as your center of gravity shifts

Progress pelvic floor training for labor preparation

Preparing for delivery and recovery

Labor positioning practice and perineal preparation
Manage late-pregnancy discomfort (low back, pelvic girdle, sciatica)
Maintain strength and mobility for delivery
Build your postpartum recovery plan before baby arrives

The “six-week clearance” from your OB doesn't mean your body is fully healed. It means you're cleared to start rebuilding. Postpartum recovery is its own process, and it deserves expert guidance.
